You absolutely do have time to work out. Its just not important enough to you to be in shape. If you make it a priority to be in shape, you can make time by: 1. not playing any more computer games. 2. not spending time browsing the internet. and, the most dreaded: 3. not watching TV. Note that when I say "not watching TV", I mean not even looking at a TV. I mean spending zero time watching TV each week. Throw out your TV. Then, if you are like most people, you will have time to exercise. If something isn't important enough to you, you will never achieve it.

When I was a student, our faculty library was on the 4th floor while my studio was on the fifth. Rather than using the lift, I took the stairs to get from one level to another; even from the ground floor to the 5th~! It might take a little longer, but it has really helped with my lacke of exercise problem. Believe of not, once I finished uni and started working, I've put on 5kg for the lack of "walking". For diet... you've to be careful. You don't want to harm your health! Better talk to your doctore. I've put on 4kg after my Christmas holiday trip. I came back home and cut all chips and biscuits! Instead, I snack on fruits, esp grapes, I pre-washed them at home, pack them in a box and put them next to my desk. When I want to eat (sometimes not for hunger) I would reach for the grapes. I also eat more "natural" food than process food- NO FAST food at all! And now, I've lost the 4kg that I've gained. There is a lot more in preparing my own lunch; but I see it as relexing time.

from what i heard she tried to commit suicide twice, and her bodies is full of bites from the rapist, she is now so depressed that she doesn't want to meet anyone including her parents the only one she wants to meet is DR. That is what happen when Barang Naik manage your country. The Infamous project M that allowed Southern Philippine's people to migrate to Sabah just to make it more Islamic. It was under Mustafa Harun Babi

BN should spend time on serving people rather than enriching themselves. Because of their narrow mind, they are inflicting so much damage to the prosperity and the stability of the country. It is time to seek answers from politicians, that it can't go on for ever. Police spends time in going behind the politicians rather than serving people and dealing with crime. Unfortunately TDM did not consider the welfare of all Malaysians, because of his extreme views. All is not lost, We all could rise above race and religion, give some rest to BN to modernise for future Malaysia and get Anwar to manage our country to uplift Malaysians of all races and religions.

What do travelers look for in their travel bags?
What do travelers look for in their travel bags?
I am a student in Malaysia and i was assigned to create a marketing strategy plan. My product is a bag [any bag, but I'm thinking of travel bag] and the plan is to sell the product overseas. My choice of countries are France, Germany, UK, Poland, Sweden, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea, Japan and Australia. Which country do you think is the best to choose to sell the product and what do you think my travel bag should have for it to stand out from other travel bags?

When I buy a replacement travel bag I look for the following: Durability - Airlines apparently drag your luggage to the plane now, then run it over with the plane. At least that is the way it looks when it pops out of the baggage return caruosel. Organization - You live out of that bag while you are on a trip, having lots of storgage compartments that are easily accessible is a must. How about a series of zippable dividers in the main compartment to separate pants, shirts, dirty clothes etc... Visability - Nearly everyhone has a black rectangular roller pack these days. A lot of people have resorted to putting paint, tape etc, on the bags so they can see them on the carousel. Consider having a bold design emblem on the bag that really stands out. Or, better yet offer a line of replacable zip on/zip off front panels that people can buy to make their bag unique. (the large front bottom panel could be removed and replaced with a standardized panel that would be different colours, patterns, or even personalized designs)
2 :
Light weight, durable, and no wasted space on the inside (some bags have support structure that cut back on usable space inside). Preferably sized to allow carry-on, but for some trips checked bags are necessary. I'm not sure there's much you can do with a bag that someone hasn't already included in a design. A lot of people use tape, ribbons, or some other marking to make their bags more identifiable on the luggage carousels - you could do something with a see through pocket on the outside where some custom labeling could be placed to allow the bag to be identified. You would need something on both sides though.

I would try some legitimate survey sites maybe.Or free lance writing submitting articals for money. Or you could create a free website about your trip and studying over there for other students who want to study abroad and put adsense on it and earn that way! Good Luck

I can't tell you anything about Science, but I can give you information about how to study so that you learn more and remember more. First, do not wait until late to start studying. Space it out over a longer period of time and you will remember more. That will also make you less stressed in class and on tests. Also, try joining a study group. Other students may have a different understanding of the material and techniques for learning. Also, talk to your professor. Part of their job is to help you. Finally, if there is material that you just do not understand, get a tutor or look it up in a diffeent book or on the internet. Hearing information explained by a different person and in a different way can really help understanding. Also, read this article for good tips on how to study for tests and do well on them http://www.ehow.com/how_4835027_take-tests.html and good luck.

Locate the embassy of your country and apply for a new passport. Ask your school/college/university in Malaysia to give you an introduction letter stating that you are an international bonafide student. Your educational institution should have a copy of your lost passport in which the student visa was endorsed. Go see Ministry of Foreign Affairs office and request them to sort out your problem. I don't think you will be penalized. If a police report is necessary or an advertisement in the newspaper is required, do that as well and attached copies of the clips to your case. good luck. j

do you know about the program # The Malaysia My Second Home program (commonly abbreviated "MM2H")# is an international residency scheme enacted by the Government of Malaysia to allow foreigners to live in the country on a long-stay visa of up to 10 years. It's basically a big jobs promotion event and admission is free, so I guess that it's open to everyone, but I think for a foreigner to get a job from there is a different kettle of fish..
3 :
attending is ok for all

I don't see why not ? Since you are a student and Malaysia does employ a large number of expats as well. Anyway this is only a fair and I suppose they may try to up-sell you to different programs, but no harm in just trying. The worst that can happen is they won't let you in !
5 :
yeah it's open for all

can i buy a car in malaysia?
can i buy a car in malaysia?
hi , guys i am a student moving to malaysia please tell me can i buy a car of 4000RM in malaysia ? And also tell me do you use compressed natural gas in cars rather then using gasoline and diesel. and alo tell me can i get a driving liscence of malaysia???

1 :
You need an international licence to drive here. RM4000 can get an old car eg: Toyota Corolla.
2 :
in short ''Yes"
3 :
With Rm4000 just afford to buy the old car i guess.~ The answer for the next question is "Yes" and "Yes"~
4 :
a very old car yes. buy proton tiara for 2000+
5 :
You can buy a Perodua Kancil or a Proton Iswara from the early 90s for RM4,000 - 6,000. Most Malaysian cars run on gasoline, only the heavy vehicles such as trucks and buses use diesel. The use of CNG is rather new - mostly by taxis in Kuala Lumpur. You will find that the gas stations supplying CNG is few and far between. To legally drive in Malaysia, you can use an international driving license or try to obtain one in Malaysia. http://202.190.64.96/v5/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=47&Itemid=71
6 :
yes RM4000 will get you a junk car. btw if u manage to get a good one like merc, u can be sure it is a stolen car. depending on the car model, it can be consuming gasoline or diesel. compressed natural gas is not so common in private car but u can upgrade your gasoline car to it by spending a few thousands RM (to reduce gasoline cost). of course u can get a driving license. anyway, learn the 'rules' of getting it from the locals. if u have international license, probably u can drive here too ...

Enroll mate. You're never too old to learn or go back to school. I'm not sure how it is in Malaysia but here in Canada most people take one or more years off to start a life before going back to do college.I imagine it's pretty much the same there There are a lot of adult students going back, especially in these tough economic times. I'm 26 and am currently upgrading (retaking high school graduation level courses) and going into journalism. There are a few people in my class who are over 40. In any case, who cares if a few do laugh at you? If you're wanting to better yourself, go for it. It will be far better in the long rung for you.
2 :
age doesnt mean anything..if u hav the confident n talent u go head.. dont care abt others coz u r living for urself no one going to shoulder up u.. anyway go head n hav a enjoy n study well bt a limit.. good luck buddy

Your still young my friend. As long as u want to study go ahead. Don't care what others are going to say, the important thing is your goal and what u want to be in future.

I experienced this before. 25 years old man that study in my college while most of the student include me is around 18-20 It's better for you to enter Open University because there are a lot of "old" people there. Don't be afraid to start college at 25. At first the younger students may raise their eyebrows but you should not feel embarrassed. When I was in uni many years ago, there were many older students ranging from late 20s to 40s. We actually respected them for their ambitious move to improve themselves academically. In fact, very often we seek their advice and opinions on a lot of matters. So, don't be insecure, go ahead, do yourself proud and earn your degree.

To travel in germany you have two possibilities either the train or Mitfahrzentrale ( you drive together with other people by car) http://www.bahn.de/international/view/en/index.shtml http://www.mitfahrzentrale.de/index.php?landnr=D&lang=GB For the cheapest acomodation I would recomend a hostel: http://www.hostelberlin.com/ http://www.hostelworld.com/hostels/Berlin The must visits depend on your interest and on the regions you want to visit feel free to mail me on here..

Where are you goping to test games in Malaysia? And wouldn't it cost a bit if the closest place to do it is somewhere in China? All that travelling? Why did you choose to study in Malaysia?
3 :
Have you any experience in testing methodology? White-box or Black-box reporting? Are there any testing tools you're familiar with? It's not just playing games and reporting bugs. You might want to do some research and find out what the job requires, get some experience, then send your resume to every company that makes a game that interests you. Chances are they have enough on-site testers that they need, but you can always hope to get started as an unpaid beta tester and build up experience that way.
4 :
yeah you can, it's just you possibly won't be a tester for a paid games, and thus you won't get paid either, mind that if your intention is to get money while testing, if it's just for fun, go ahead. The easiest is in an open source games, they usually needs tester and are happy to accept any tester. But an open source games is quite rare though

Would you pay for your plastic bag in Malaysia?
Would you pay for your plastic bag in Malaysia?
If you think I'm joking, I'm not. On average, every 2 people that come out of carrefour subang (for example) carry 3-4 bags. A person, on average, may use in excess of 20 bags, big and small. Now, say the government imposes taxes on plastic bags. Hypermarkets start charging people 50 cents per large bag instead of wantonly grabbing a bag and charging them for it. By very simple economic principles, plastic bag use will drop very dramatically. And it works. shops in Ireland charges 15 euro cents per bag now, and usage has dropped 95%. Australia is trying to the same thing. Carrying your own bag is no hassle; whatever item I can shove into my backpack I won't ask for an extra bag (i'm a college student). An empty plastic bag can easily fit into a pocket if you don't have a bag. Think about it. And got any better ideas?
Malaysia - 8 Answers
Random Answers, Critics, Comments, Opinions :
1 :
Australia is trying to do the same? I am not aware of this. here we have 'go green' bag. almost all grocery stores sell them. of course we have to pay around 99 cents for a bag (im just guessing.it was a really long time ago) but we can use over and over again. its better than plastic bag bcoz it is environmentally friendly. u can also shove it in ur handbag. u can scrunch it, punch it, fold it, and u can still use it. here is the bag. http://i.treehugger.com/files/go-green-bag.jpg i dont know if this is available in malaysia.
2 :
I will, but i prefer bringing my own bag. I won't ask for plastic bags if the items i bought is small enough to put in my bag.
3 :
I'd usually say 'no' to plastic bags if I'm buying items I could carry on my own and I'll keep them in my bag (yeah I usually carry a pouch or a day pack with me, no joke)... Believe it or not, we ARE paying for the plastic bags. Its all in those little numbers we often overlook on the price tag and receipt, and it doesn't say 'plastic bags' of course...
4 :
Absolutely agree with you. Many countries now make consumers pay for plastic bags or paper bags by law, to reduce wasteage, recyling, and for environmental friendliness. And all such bags are made from recycleable and environmentally friendly materials as well. I'm for it 100%. And I can see taht Malaysia should be made into law for these reasons as the wasteage and environmetal problems for plastic bags is very very bad.
5 :
for sure I will pay, if I have the option to provide my own. Anything to keep our wonderful country clean and pristine, I am all for.
6 :
I think that in Malaysia, it is relatively convenient for consumers not to be given plastic bags. For example, Giant hypermarket always has their carpark close to exits where you can just reload your merchandise back into the trolley and wheel it to your car. (Majority of us drives, dont we.) PLUS, hypermarkets do not charge for the use of trolleys which means that we do not need to return it to specified locations and we can just chuck your trolley aside when we load our merchandise into our car boot. I think government should start by implementing "Green days" where plastic bags will not be given for free and encourage people to bring their own shopping bags. Slowly. the government can educate citizens on the Reduce principle in the 3Rs (Reduce, reuse, recycle) However, we still need plastic bags for our trash. Thus, charging for plastic bags results in a reduce in supply of plastic bags in households and may create other problems. Much is required to be done before the tax is finally implemented. Government must ensure that citizens understand WHY and HOW they can practise 3Rs. Follwed by implementing this slowly such as giving plastic bags only on request or NOT giving on certain designated days.
7 :
Whatever said and done, it will never happen in Malaysia. Malaysians are just ignorant and have no feeling towards the environment. The only day Malaysia will change is that a large meteor hit Malaysia killing the 24 million population leaving behind 2 million population to come up with a new bred.
8 :
Better start using paper backs or bringing own bag for carrying luggage..

I don't think there are Australian Universities in Malaysia, Philippines Indonesia, or Singapore, but I do know that there are reputable universities here. When you graduate from any school in the above mentioned countries, this will entitle you to work anywhere in the ASEAN (Southeast Asian) region though. The best schools: MALAYSIA: University of Malaya (UM) PHILIPPINES: Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU) INDONESIA: Universiti Indonesia SINGAPORE: National University of Singapore (NUS)
2 :
There is a website managed by the Australian government called AusLIST - http://www.auslist.deewr.gov.au AusLIST is a searchable, online directory that helps you find Australian courses delivered in overseas countries. You can search AusLIST by your country of residence, Australian institution or course to find the qualification you are after. On AusLIST you will find institutions and courses that meet Australia’s registration, accreditation and quality assurance standards. Institutions on AusLIST must: - be approved education and training providers - agree to deliver courses in other countries to a standard that is comparable to courses delivered in Australia and sign a Provider Declaration to that effect.

I'm sorry, I don't know. I think it's hard to find considering that they are still testing it, and developing it to make sure it's safe, and effective. You can easily just have a surgical abortion, though. I don't know if they have planned parenthood there, but they should have cheaper, safe, and discreet abortion clinics. good luck!

look just because you made the mistake and gotten pregnant doesnt mean you have to kill that innocent baby inside you it didnt do anything wrong and if your man really loved you he wouldnt make you get an abortion you should reconsider your relationship and think about raising that baby with or with out him i dont believe in abortions because unless you was raped there be no reason to abort if you dont want the baby at least give birth to it and then give in up for adoption dont kill theinnocent baby love it give it a chance at life like your mother gave you a chance she didnt abort you so why abort your baby its not right to kill for your wrong doing

Guess what? Learn to Love and Respect yourself first, and have a decency to respect other people lives' esp. the baby you are carrying now. You do have a choice... and, don't let your BF do the thinking and decision... think girl, think! ~And, I won't tell you :P And, yeah... dump your boyfriend... pronto!!!

well sounds to me like u should have been on birth control the first time u got pregnant, i don't believe in abortions because to me it's the same thing as murder and as for your boyfriend goes he needs to get a vasectomy and quit making babies that he doesn't want, i think he's a jerk and for u to even consider abortions makes u look like an immature person who can't keep her legs closed, quit having sex and getting pregnant when u don't even won't it, u should feel privileged to even be able to have a baby because theirs alot of women that can't have kids and they want one so bad and here you go trying to kill another innocent life, u should be ashamed.......

I'm pro-choice and everything but I don't believe in abusing the right to. If you keep gettting pregnant why won't you use a condom or get on the birth control pill. If you keep getting abortions you ruin the chances of getting pregnant again-meaning when you want kids you can't have them. So then you regret having abortions. Also, I think your boyfriend is a jerk for MAKING you have an abortion, its your choice. You can only get the abortion pill at a clinic. They have to monitor you for a week or something can seriously go wrong. You don't just take the pill everytime you get pregnant, stop abusing it and tell your boyfriend to cover his penis. If you're not going to be responsible then don't have sex.
9 :
I think you should have the baby.If you realy dont want it then put it up for adoption.IT would be hard but its better than killing the baby. There are plenty of ppl out there that cant have children and would give anything to have one.

first the morning after pill is only good for up to 72 hr after intercorse and about a clinic what ever you do dont go and have a abortion that baby feels it just look on websites they show pic of what that baby looks like after it was aborted thats part of you a baby is way more important then a man i got prego with my first kid at 19 and had her at 20 now im 24 with a 4 yr old girl and a 18 month old boy and thats the best thing ever being a mom ust remember that baby will love u always and always be there for you a b/f may not be there he could breake up and leave never make that mistake but i have no prob with morning after just abortions pluse theres plenty of ppl willing to adopt a new baby and there is a safe haven in hospitals so if you dont want it just leave it with them but once you look in that sweet babys eyes you would be happy you have him or her and love them always sorry so long but there is no point in abortion when so many ppl are willing to take care of unwanted babys any questions e-mail me shylilly_665@yahoo.com

No man is worth the life of your own son or daughter! If you don't want to abort your child, you DON'T have to do it! You DO have a choice. No one can force you to abort. Your boyfriend obviously cares more about himself than about you and your babies. He should not be asking you to kill your child and put your life and health at risk just to avoid responsibility. You may love your boyfriend, but your baby is also depending on you, her mommy, for love and protection. Please don't let her down! You can still do the right thing. If your boyfriend REALLY loves you, he will accept your decision and come to love the child, too. If he proves that he doesn't really love you by asking you to do this, why would you want to be with him? You need to be stronger than this. You need to love and protect your baby. In order to get the pill you need to go to a clinic...........otherwise you die
2 :
RU-486 is what its called, pricing i cant help u with
3 :
I'm sorry, I don't know. I think it's hard to find considering that they are still testing it, and developing it to make sure it's safe, and effective. You can easily just have a surgical abortion, though. I don't know if they have planned parenthood there, but they should have cheaper, safe, and discreet abortion clinics. good luck!
4 :
look just because you made the mistake and gotten pregnant doesnt mean you have to kill that innocent baby inside you it didnt do anything wrong and if your man really loved you he wouldnt make you get an abortion you should reconsider your relationship and think about raising that baby with or with out him i dont believe in abortions because unless you was raped there be no reason to abort if you dont want the baby at least give birth to it and then give in up for adoption dont kill theinnocent baby love it give it a chance at life like your mother gave you a chance she didnt abort you so why abort your baby its not right to kill for your wrong doing

I don't think you can teach tuition. Tuition is what one pays in order to attend a particular school or university.

High School? Well, High Schools are free, and to go on an exchange, you need to work with an orginization in Malaysia that will help you. Universities- you need to check with each individual university to see if they will grant scholarships to foreign students. Good luck.

World Student Exchange: Can we apply the same to the countries' Presidents?
I wish I can have our PM to learn from outside, say Spore, about how to handle country's economics and have him the ability to select good plans & intelligent ministers. And have Lee Kuan Yew & a few of his Ministers for an exchange here for about a year or two stint in Malaysia. Or Aussie's Howard to Pakistan? Bush to Afghanistan/Iraq? (lol) PM of Saudi to US? Would you think that'll benefit some poor or developing countries & learn more about others? Bo_$$, Its working hours now. Are you working hard or hardly working? lol! Ginduras, Yes, agree with you. Miss5mile, I think our Ministers have to get rid of their neolithic 'empty prides'. I guess younger generations like us (hehe..)should be given the chance. We just want constructive collaboration. That's all. Hampehkunyit, GWB? I like this guy, unti I read his story recently below: The Riddle On his trip to Great Britain, George Bush had a meeting with Queen Elizabeth. He asked her, "How does one manage to run a country so smoothly?" "That`s easy," she replied, "You surround yourself with intelligent ministers and advisors." "But how can I tell whether they are intelligent or not?" he inquired. "You ask them a riddle," she replied, and with that she pressed a button and said, "Would you please send Tony Blair in." When Blair arrived, the Queen said, "I have a riddle for you to answer for me. Your parents had a child and it was not your sister and it was not your brother. Who was this child ?" Blair replied, "That`s easy. The child was me." "Very good," said the Queen, "You may go, now." So President Bush went back to Washington and called in his chief of staff, Karl Rove. He said to him, "I have a riddle for you, and the answer is very important. Your parents had a child and it was not your > > sister and it was not your brother. Who was this child?" Rove replied, "Yes, it is clearly very important that we determine the answer, as no child must be left behind. Can I deliberate on this for a while?" "Yes," said Bush, "I'll give you four hours to come up with the answer." So Rove went and called a meeting of the White House Staff, and asked them the riddle. But after much discussion and many suggestions, none of them had a satisfactory answer. So he was quite upset, not knowing what he would tell the President. As Rove was walking back to the Oval Office, he saw former Secretary of State Colin Powell approaching him. So he said, "Mr. Secretary, can you answer this riddle for me. Your parents had a child and it was not your sister and it was not your brother. Who was the child?" "That's easy," said Powell, "The child was me." "Oh thank you," said Rove, "You may just have saved me my job!" So Rove went in to the Oval Office and said to President Bush, "I think I know the answer to your riddle. The child was Colin Powell!" "No, you idiot!" shouted Bush, "The child was Tony Blair!" ******************* Moneycome, Alright! You take care of the Work Ministry! I think thebear is a Malaysian, a Thai Malaysian. You will find it is the easiest way to learn. They give you the basics for free and if you want to continue to learn you pay like a so cheap price of 35 bucks to down load the rest and it's a great program you will really love it. I am learning French, and Arabic on it now.

NAV Canada makes money by levying charges for it's services on aircraft operators. If you want the exact wording from the website it is "NAV CANADA , a non-share capital, private corporation, recovers the costs of air navigation facilities and services through a system of service charges levied on aircraft operators. As per the Law governing its operations, NAV CANADA follows a consultation process when it proposes new or revised charges. Under this process, a Notice detailing the proposal is issued followed by a formal consultation period. Following this period, the proposal is modified as warranted and an announcement is published setting out the new or revised charges."

Do you realize that Taekwondo is one of the most popular martial sport in Malaysia?
Its also a fact that Malaysia is the FIRST country that General Choi taught outside Korea, which makes Malaysia the 'home' for Taekwondo outside Korea. Malaysians are quite fortunate to have great masters of this art and sport as there are many well known teachers who are direct students of General Choi, founding Father of Taekwondo. Gindy, you're right, Karate is too... and we are fortunate enough to have great masters from authentic lineages. MLP, Taekwondo became a lousy art because of lousy kids who abuse the art and have lacked in discipline. Check this guy out... He utilizes each and every techniques correctly and have efficiently used it in K1 competitions. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBdtzh8y7sc Lousy art or lousy guess? Bronzedgal, throughout my 17 years of experience so far... most TKD-ists are more prone to joint pain and injuries due to their snapping movements (almost similar to Karatedoka). This becomes worse if instructors are not able to supervise carefully correct body mechanics and structure of techniques applied. BTW, MLP... I'm not talking about which art is 'best' or 'worse'... its a matter of choice, just like religion. I bet you've realized this by now... I've studied different arts throughout my life and there are no 'prefect' styles that I've found. Its about efficiency and application of techniques which makes them effective, not mere 'names'... like religion too... Do you really think that you'll make others realize the truth with your approach of criticisms?

Lousy art. Taekwondo is one of the LOUSIEST martial art form in the world. The worst one is Silat. Both are useless. No fighting capability. Just prepare to get wacked only. Whoever tahans to the last wins. Cocck martial art form. How do I know? I am trained in 3 martial art forms. Want to know what is taekwondo? Look at Jackie Chan. Basically gymnastics and risk taking hoping to get lucky. Want to know what is MARTIAL ARTS? Look at Jet Li. Want to know what is Silat? Look at Abdurahman Wahid or in malaysia, just look at mahathir. Sickly, slow and alot of cocck.

No need to ask many questions, Gindy - it obviously is. Maybe because newcomers to martial arts see it as a sport where you are less likely to get serious injuries, whereas karate if you compete in the 'fight' category or 'kumite' you have to practise alot with your hands. In other words, you 'cincang' wooden blocks, fruits like water melon etc with your bare hands wrapped only in thin bandages. You can get seriously bruised hands if you didn't strengthen them enough before taking it one step higher. Other martial arts like Kung Fu and Aikido, not many places offer classes. Furthermore places that teach Kung Fu have teachers that speak mainly in the Chinese dialects so for a non-Chinese it is discouraging. How will you learn quickly if you can't really follow instructions? Taekwondo is everywhere especially in schools. If you pick it up in primary school itself, you will feel it is a waste by not taking it into secondary school and a higher grading level.

Is it true that the Siamese TOMOI used to invite the Tae Kwon Do team from Hongkong for a friendly fight somewhere back in 1990s. The Siamese TOMOI undisputedly won the fights twice.
