I heard APIIT is the best IT University in Malaysia?

APIIT is OK....but not the best...just a small institution. A better one will be CASE (Center for Advance Software Engineering) offered by UTM... which is considered the Carnegie Melon of Malaysian IT institution... See http://www.case.utm.my/. But..while getting to CASE might be hard, u might also consider APIIT.
