Hi Dear friends. I am currently studying in Malaysia in bachelor degree and planning to buy a house or a unit in a condominium in tropicana or damansara area. what kind of terms and conditions will i face and what kind of fee should I pay every year excluding electricity and water bill? thanks in advance for the answer. Appreciate it.

Buying properties by foreigners is basically legal with a few exceptions. As a foreigner, you can buy a house or condominium in Malaysia if you apply for Malaysia My 2nd Home Progarm (website cited below). Hope this helps. Tyler
