Can university gives student fine?
I study in university teknology malaysia. The school are giving student fines everyday due to, long hair although its not very long, car which goes wrong way or restricted area, students who do not wear name tag, dye their hair, Books overdue etc. I would like to know is this right against the law? If its not, how should i take action against it?

yes. it is the university's right to do so.

You are paying to go there, they can fine you for whatever they want to as long as they outline the regulation.
