Is it so easy to make money in Malaysia by issuing student visas for Africans?
I heard a private college " Binary University International near IOI mall" issue student visas for many African nationals and the CEO Joseap Adaikalam became over night millionaire, is it true?. I also heard he gives kick back ( bribe) to top Education ministry officials and Immigration Director General and that's why the African so called students can roam around at Bandar Puteri 7 and Wawasan Pusat Bandar Puchong with expired student visas with no action from Immigration Operasi section!! If they are students who came here to study, how come they consume alcohols and roaming around with local girls? That mean it looks like the Binary University CEO has strong connections right top people in Government departments? If this is true, anyone also can set up a private college and simple issue student visa and charge 5,000 per African for 1000 and become half millionare right? Hello Malaysian, please comment?

I can get a Visa for RM 600 per month (inclusive of under table money).........monthly renewal at the Malaysia-Thai border......you only go the first time, after that just the passport will go and come..........

The Government should take action against Binary and the CEO if found guilty. He is the traitor to the Nation.

Wait until so many Malay girls kena raped and many murder / robbery cases, then only the police will open their eyes (not to take action but to start blaming this and that person). Till then, they are having fun, no complaint will be entertained and no action taken.

Any business involving bringing in foreigners into the country is very lucrative. Though i have not heard of this Binary University International doing such thing but i won't be suprise if they do, infact i think many colleges do that too. This kind of "business" is illegal, if you have conscience, you wouldn't do it eventhough it could make you a millionaire. * in your example RM5000 x 1000 = RM5 million not half a million ( Oops sorry ! )
