Is it possible to teach in Malaysia without a CELTA?
I have 3 years of experience in teaching English in my country, but now I'm having difficulties in finding a job as a teacher in Malaysia since I don't have a CELTA or TEFL. Is it impossible to teach English to adults without any? If not, what school can consider my application without these certificates? By the way, I don't need a job permit because I have my student visa here.

You can still teach in tuition school.

You really should consider taking a TEFL certificate as this is pretty standard for most jobs and sooner or later you will need one whether it's for the next job or a job in a few years time. If finances are an issue you can think about taking it online (see http://icalweb.com). For Malaysia you generally need the certificate if you're teaching at a school. Otherwise it's just a matter of contacting all the schools on spec and seeing if they are desperate for a teacher and will take someone there and then. The problem here is that you will be looking at schools in the lower end of the market and as you've already got 3 years experience you might find their methods and the working conditions a little primitive!
